Enter as much as you have — the more you give us, the tighter the search. A registration number is the strongest anchor; with it, nothing else is needed. A writer is next best, and makes the artist unnecessary. A title alone still works. Everything runs in the background; nothing waits on you.

We read the document and mapped what it says into fields. Check the mapping, not just the values — the likeliest mistake is a name landing in the wrong column, and the writer is what the MLC search keys on. Edit anything, drop rows you don't want, add rows we missed. Nothing enters the queue until you commit.
These works land in a collection — a named group you can filter and export together. Start a new one, or add them to a collection you already have. Adding to an existing collection checks each row against what's already there.

Nothing is auto-picked. Search and filter to find the right work, follow the sources to verify, then confirm. A remix and an original are just two candidates — use the Version filter to tell them apart.
